Since 1972, Manny has worked with a wide range of businesses, and held global, and US leadership positions including: Global Vice Chair – Assurance and Advisory Business Services; Chief Technology Officer; and External Business Development Officer. During his career, he has lived and worked in cities around the world including Hong Kong, London, New York, and Chicago.

Manny has developed, and designed hundreds of patents, for a variety of products, including the Swiffer WetJet mop, The Hanukkah Tree Topper (as seen on Shark Tank)LED headlights, and LED light bars used by Law Enforcement Agencies world wide.

Manny recently attended The U.S. Green Building Council – Illinois Chapter meeting for Healthy & High Performing Schools Symposium. The U.S. Green Building Council – Illinois Chapter is the local affiliate of the U.S. Green Building Council(USGBC), a national non-profit composed of leaders from every sector of the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work. USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED® provides a roadmap for measuring and documenting success for every building type and phase of a building life cycle.

Manny has been leading the charge for Green Buildings for decades, and his life long dream of making all schools across the world more energy efficient through lighting is finally becoming a reality one fixture at a time.
